salaams people. i am a 16 year old in first year of college who just got onto the deen recently. I want to get married as soon as possible so i can settle down and i dont want to commit sin. I am very mature and responsible for a 16 year old, turning 17 in 4 months. So i am looking around.

I actually think its very admirable that you are looking to get married at your age. In my area, the Muslim lads your age are up to other less desirable things! I hope that you will inshallah find a decent girl to marry.
